Seaside Development selects development sites situated within an existing community, and redvelops the site for best use. Wether it's adding ADUs to an existing home or redceloping the entire property to maximise best use. The projects are location-driven, with an emphasis on Transit Priority Areas (TPA). Thoughtful amenities and finishes prepare these Class A properties to compete in the top submarkets.

Construction Management
As a full-scale development company, we oversee the entire lifecycle of a project. Starting with acquisition, feasibility, underwriting, designing, managing permits and construction of ours projects.

Exit
Time to recoup our investment. Depending on project size, typically our single family home projects we build to sell. Our infill projects are built to sell or held for a 2-7 year duration depending on marketing conditions and upside on the project.
